House rules

To book the chosen apartment directly on the site with a 10% saving on rates.

Arrival and departure:

You can take possession of the house between 2pm and 8pm on the day of arrival, and please vacate it by 10am on the day of departure.
Upon arrival we will ask you to hand over a personal identification document to be able to communicate your presence to the competent tourist office.
At check-in you will be asked to pay the municipal tourist tax: €2 per day (up to a maximum of 7 days) for each adult; minors are exempt from paying the tourist tax. The tourist tax must be paid in cash.
For your safety and ours, you will be asked to indicate people to contact in case of need or assistance
The tenant will be given the keys to the apartment. In the event of loss, the owner must be promptly notified and any costs for replacing the locks will be charged to the tenant.

 

 

 

Apartment equipment:

The apartment is delivered in perfect hygienic-sanitary conditions, completely sanitized, furnished and equipped with an equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Electricity at 220 Vt
Power socket always active. Out of respect for the environment, the air conditioners will deactivate when you leave the house or open the shutters.
for each bed a set is provided consisting of a blanket and a bedspread, two pillows and a sheet.
The bathroom set consists of a large towel for the body, one for the face and one for the bidet for each guest plus a shower mat for each bathroom.
on request you can obtain a daily change of linen for a fee.
upon request it is possible to use a private garage at a cost of 30 euros per day, subject to availability, to be requested at the time of booking.

Presence of animals:

Pets must be reported at the time of booking and will only be allowed with prior authorization from the owner.

 

Guests:

The apartment can be used exclusively by the people indicated in the agreement; it is not permitted to host any other person.

 

Any damage:

no one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks once. We would be grateful if you would inform us immediately of the damage that has occurred so that it will not be discovered only after your departure by doing the final cleaning, to allow the evaluation of compensation equal to the value of the damaged object.

 

Waste disposal:

Our city is one of the most virtuous in waste separation collection; therefore we ask you to help us according to the scheme you will find at the collection points.
We separate plastic, metal, paper, glass, undifferentiated and organic waste.

 

Dear smoker:

smoking is not allowed in our apartment.
However, you can smoke safely on the balcony where an ashtray is available.

 

Courtesy rules:

in the spirit of good neighborliness we kindly ask you to respect the night rest from 10pm to 7am and the siesta from 1pm to 3pm
Upon departure, we ask you to leave the house in acceptable conditions and put back any objects or things moved during your stay.

 

Complaints:

Please check all the equipment and report any malfunctions or deficiencies to the owner within 24 hours of delivery of the house who will do so as soon as possible, compatibly with the availability of the workers and the availability of the materials.

 

By booking the apartment, you accept the house rules which are understood, recognised, confirmed and accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations – Customer withdrawal:

it is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge within 15 days of check-in. After this period a penalty of 100% of the deposit paid will be applied.
